We are sure your product will provide you with many years of reliable and untroubled service, however for additional peace of mind and to ensure that your guarantee is maintained, please register your details and the details of the product installed using the form below.

To qualify for the full period of warranty; the boiler must be serviced annually by a Registered Gas Service Engineer (RGI). Proof of original installation date must be provided in the form of an RGI Cert 1 or Cert 2, (cert type will depend on whether for a new installation requiring a gas supply or a replacement boiler where a supply is already present). Proof of annual service must be provided (e.g. copies of RGI Cert 3). Should either of these conditions not be met the period of warranty will extend to only 12 months from the date of installation.

You will need the following information in order to complete your registration:

• Homeowner (full name).
• Contact Telephone Number(s)
• Email Address.
• Full postal address (including Eircode) where the product is installed.
• Product Model and Serial Number.
• Date of Installation.
• Installer (full name).
• Installer Telephone Number(s).
• Installer RGI number.

Note: Date of Installation, Installer Details & RGI number can be found on your RGI Installation Cert.

Your warranty will commence from the “Commissioning Date” as documented in Part 2 of your RGI Installation Cert.

Once completed a warranty certificate will be emailed to the address provided.
